So, you’ve done your shopping; just how long will it be till you can rock with your items? This page will give you the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your doorstep and the best time to contact our support team. Please note that every order at “Mediproduct” is important for us. In most cases, we will ship the item on the same day, however, depending on the availability of the product, sometimes It might take approximately 2 business days to process your order prior to shipping.

Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
  • We ship only during business days. Monday - Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • Shipping starts from the date you received the “Your Order Has Shipped!” email.
  • The estimate above does not include processing time - we need 1-2 business days to make sure your order is everything you hoped it would be.
  • “Mediproduct” is a UK based company - we work with various suppliers and shipping partners all over the UK to get your things to your doorstep, wherever that may be. Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders by the day listed here, actual timeframes may vary from region to region. For example, in Wales, Scotland and Northern, Ireland.
So, when do you contact “Mediproduct”?

This page lets you know the best time to contact us. Even if your order hasn’t arrived by the listed date, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait). However, you can always contact us between Monday to Friday during business hours. Even for weekends, leave us an email and we will reply first thing when we resume the business on Monday.

  1. How much is shipping?Once you’ve clicked through to Secure Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and choose a shipping method. Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

  2. Can I track my order?
    We rely on a global network of shipping partners (UPS, DPD, DHL) as well as local postal services (ROYAL MAIL) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included on your orders page as well as on the shipping email we send you.

Order Process

You can place an order through our website, it is simple to order (Choose the product-->add into a cart--> process the payment--> Confirmation email sent straightaway)

All orders are subject to availability. We advise you to review your order before finalising it. We have over 7000 products available and most of the orders are shipped either on the same day or within 2 working days from the order date. However, if the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will inform you of any potential delay.

Delivery

We will charge you £7 (Ex. VAT) for delivery of small items and £20 (Ex. VAT) for large items. We use Royal Mail, DPD and DHL for the delivery of our orders. Most of the time the order gets delivered on scheduled date, however, if you are not available for collection of the delivery, the driver will leave a calling card for you to call delivery company.

Northern Ireland- £15.50 Box rate up to 10kg

Republic of Ireland- £19 Box rate up to 10kg

Scottish Islands- £22.05 up to 10kg and £1.02 per additional kg's

Scottish Highlands- £23.45 up to 10kg and 0.84p per additional kg's

Channel Isles- £26.05 up to 10kg and 0.89p per additional kg's

Isle of man-£23.50 up to 10kg and £1.06 per additional kg's

Isle of Wight- £20.23 up to 10kg and 0.84p per additional kg's

Scilly Isles- £25.22 up to 10kg and £1.06 per additional kg's

Please check the product for any damages before signing the delivery as you/we can't claim the damages from the carrier company once you accepted damage package.

Return

In accordance with the Consumer Contract Regulations, as a customer you have a cancellation/cooling-off period.
This starts the moment you place the order and ends 14 days from the day you receive the goods (certain products are exempt from this and are listed below).
Some of the products displayed on our website are ordered specially through our suppliers/manufacturers. We will not accept any return on such products.
We are not the manufacture of the item, rather we are just sellers. We will not accept return of any item which is used or opened from its original packaging. If we receive any such item on return, we will send it back to you and the return will be declined.
We cannot accept the return of the items which are of sanitary nature, such as needles, syringes etc.
We may sometime order an item especially for you, from our suppliers. If you return such item to us, we will charge you re-stocking charge which we may have to pay to our supplier.


Refund

We will refund the amount once we have received the item as instructed in our terms. (The item should be in its original packaging and shouldn't be opened)
Please give us 3 to 10 days to process the refund.
Customers will have to bear the cost of shipping/returning the item. We will only issue refund of the original price of the product which was displayed at the time of ordering.
If the returned item went back to its free delivery threshold, we will again have to charge you for the shipping amount.
When returning orders to us, the following applies: Goods must be returned as sold i.e. in the original packaging and in resalable condition.

Please Note:

 Shipping is not free on any orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and delivery timing. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order, for an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time of day you place your order.

Terms & Conditions

  • Entire agreement

    If the item you have ordered is not available due to it being out of stock, stock error, or for some other reasons, we will get in touch with you ASAP to inform you of any potential delay or to request you to make suitable alternative arrangements.

  • Controlling terms

    Buyer expressly agrees that Seller’s Invoice and these Terms and Conditions of Sale represent the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the sale of the product(s) listed on the Invoice and no different or additional terms or conditions in Buyer’s purchase order or in any other prior or subsequent communications in any way adding to, modifying or otherwise changing these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be binding upon Seller.
