Cosmopor is strong, fluid repellent1 polyacrylate adhesive, ensures the dressing remains firmly in place whilst remaining soft on the skin and it’s hypoallergenic fibres prevent irritation2. The highly absorbent viscose pad provides good padding effect and rapid drainage of exudate through to the microgrid layer.
