Hello and welcome to the delivery & customer service information page! Here you can get acquainted with useful information on the terms and conditions of our goods delivery.
You can place your order online through our website or by emailing us at "sales@mediproduct.co.uk". We will ship them directly to your doorstep within your chosen delivery period, including delivering them the very next day. We will supply you with the tracking number of the delivery. If carriers missed to deliver the item on time, you can call the carriers and arrange with them. We don't offer any free shipping. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders reach you on time. On the Secure Checkout page, you'll be able to see the item description, price, and delivery timings. You can choose a speedy delivery method for your order with an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, and the time of day you place your order.

Entire agreement
Most of the times we have the items available to be shipped on the same day or the very next day from your order date. However, if we don't have the product in our stock, we will make sure to keep you updated about any potential delay.

Controlling terms
Buyers must expressly agree with the seller’s Invoice. The Terms and Conditions listed on the invoice of the Sale represent the complete agreement of the parties with respect to the sale of the product(s). No different or additional terms or conditions in Buyer’s purchase order or in any other prior or subsequent communications in any way can be added further. Modifying or changing these terms and conditions of sale shall bind upon the Seller.
